Unfortunately no. Once you purchase within an HOA, you are a member of that Association until you sell your property and assessments are not voluntary.

Fines are levied due to a non-compliant issue or violation of the CC&Rs. To avoid receiving fines, please ensure your property is maintained in accordance with the CC&Rs. If you have questions on this, please contact your Community Manager/Assistant.
